About Between The Bunz
Between The Bunz is owned and operated by Michael and Tammy Trovato, bringing over 45 years of combined hospitality experience to every event.
Before moving to Southwest Florida, we owned a Kosher-style deli and co-owned a pizza parlor in New Jersey. Tammy’s background in sales and event planning, paired with Michael’s culinary experience, ensures events that are smooth, organized, and memorable.
