About Us
Between the Bunz is owned and operated by Michael and Tammy Trovato. We have two beautiful daughters Tiffany & Taylor and of course two dogs Skippy & Chico. Before moving to the Sunshine State, we owned a large Kosher Style Deli in NJ and co-owned a Pizza parlor. Collectively we have over 45 years in the hospitality business! Aside from the restaurant business Tammy’s, background is in sales & event planning. WOW, what a great combination for your party! So, we know how to throw a good event.
When it comes to picking out a vendor, we know there are lots of options, and wanted to thank you for checking out our page! To make sure we meet all our client’s requests, we are approved vendors for Lee County Public Schools and Parks, Collier County Parks
